You will need to be open minded and willing to accept that you don't know everything. From my experience men tend to have trouble accepting that they are not the expert in all fields. Women have an advantage in business because they tend to be better communicators. The best people in business tend to have these traits:

A hunger for knowledge
Can give up control in areas that they are not fully competent
They probably wake up with a smile on their face
They are confident but not arrogant
- They can say no without feeling emotional and people (salespeople mostly) know to stop asking
They have a healthy diet, sleep well, exercise, and have a strong social network
They have a passion for business
They are great communicators
They are imaginative but not easily distracted
